Client Service Agreement
This agreement is between Axis Growth ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client").
Scope of Services:
Analyze credit reports
Identify errors and negative items
Draft dispute letters
Provide guidance for rebuilding credit
Assist with funding options if applicable
Fees:
The Client agrees to pay a service fee as outlined in their invoice. No guarantee of outcome is made.
Term & Termination:
This agreement is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with written notice.
By signing, the Client acknowledges their understanding of this agreement.
Authorization to Work on Behalf of Client
I, the undersigned, authorize Axis Growth to:
- Obtain my credit reports and scores from credit bureaus
- Communicate with creditors on my behalf
- Submit disputes to credit bureaus or furnishers
- Offer funding-related support as discussed
This authorization remains valid until revoked in writing.
