Client Service Agreement
This agreement is between Axis Growth ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client").
Scope of Services:
Analyze credit reports
Identify errors and negative items
Draft dispute letters
Provide guidance for rebuilding credit
Assist with funding options if applicable
Fees:
The Client agrees to pay a service fee as outlined in their invoice. No guarantee of outcome is made.
Term & Termination:
This agreement is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with written notice.
By signing, the Client acknowledges their understanding of this agreement.
CROA Disclosure
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report without the help of a credit repair organization (CRO).
You are entitled to a free credit report from each of the three nationwide credit reporting companies once every 12 months.
You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within three business days from the date you sign it.
